Project Brief

Impact Focus is proud to collaborate with the Sustainable Procurement Pledge (SPP), a global sustainability movement supported by leaders like Ecovadis, GSK, Vodafone, and Colgate-Palmolive. For the third consecutive year, we delivered SPP’s annual activity report, a key tool to showcase the organisation’s achievements and inspire further action within its global community of procurement professionals.

The Challenge

SPP needed an engaging and visually compelling annual report to highlight the tangible results of its initiatives and inspire more changemakers to join its mission. The challenge was to evolve the narrative from previous reports by emphasising real-world impact stories and showcasing the organisation’s growing influence in the global sustainability ecosystem.

Our Approach

We partnered closely with SPP to develop a bespoke delivery plan, aligning with their objectives and vision. By combining strategic content development with cutting-edge design, we ensured the report would resonate with stakeholders and powerfully communicate SPP’s mission.

What We Did

Content Strategy:

Developed a clear structure, tone of voice, and messaging that articulated SPP’s purpose and highlighted its growing global influence

Storytelling:

Focused on impact stories to showcase real-world changes driven by SPP initiatives, bringing their purpose to life

Creative Design:

Shifted to a contemporary square format, integrating fresh infographics, quick facts, and calls to action to enhance engagement and readability

Delivered a modern, visually striking report that communicated SPP’s purpose and impact effectively

Highlighted success stories and activities to inspire community engagement

Introduced innovative design elements, including a contemporary square format and eye-catching infographics, to keep readers engaged and support the overarching narrative
